General policy concerning all animals soldThe following terms and conditions are required and by all individuals or businesses that purchase any animals from CritterHut. Terms and Conditions for sale. The named GlobalAds client (hereafter referred to as Client) has read and agrees to all the following terns. Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GlobalAds or any of its agents, employees, officers or principals in any legal or other action that arises as a result of use of or sale of any animals sold by GlobalAds to client., without limitation or exception. GlobalAds makes no warranties or representations of any kind for the animals offered, including warrantees of merchantability or fitness for any purpose except those expressly included herein. Clients soul remedy for problem or death of animal is a replacement animal or credit given to client for amount paid. GlobalAds guarantees animal at the time of sale is healthy GlobalAds will replace or issue credit for any animal maintained in a healthy environment that dies or is because of health reasons 3 days from the date of this sales agreement. Any rights herein granted cannot be transferred, shared, sold or used by anyone other than the Client. . By my purchase of GlobalAds products or animals I state that I have read the above purchase agreement and am or are authorized on behalf of Client to make this agreement and except shipment.. Policy of Health of AnimalsUnless otherwise specified GlobalAds guarantees the health of animals at the time of the sale. Our guarantee extends to 72 hours after the sale provided that there is documented proof the animal(s) were maintained in a healthy and proper environment.
Policy concerning deposits:The normal deposit for an animal will be $50. All deposits are non-refundable. GlobalAds agrees to hold the animals until safe to be moved to new homes at which time depositor will be notified. Depositor has 30 days from the date of the notice to pay the remaining amount for the animals plus shipping or otherwise arrange to take delivery of the animals. Thirty-one days after notice of availability GlobalAds may put the animals for sale to the public with no further obligation of GlobalAds to depositor including no refund of this deposit. In the event that the specific animals the deposit is being placed on are not deliverable due to genetic defect, illness, incorrect disposition or any other item deemed solely by GlobalAds Inc, the deposit may be moved to the next available animal of the same species and sex. |
